Warrants

If you have a warrant or capias for your arrest, contact legal counsel immediately.  You must take responsibility for the crime with which you've been charged.  In some cases, judges and/or prosecutors may withdraw a capias or warrant if proof can be shown that you will appear in court as necessary.  However, this is determinate upon the factual circumstances of your case and the discretion of the court.

Remember, if there is a pending warrant or capias for you, it is far better to take responsibility now than later.

Whether you have a pending warrant or capias for failure to pay child support, failure to pay court costs, failure to appear in court, non-compliance with a court order, violation of probation or any other reason, we can assist you.  We can provide you with counsel every step of the way - from turning yourself in, to first appearance court and facing the charges against you.

Pending warrant information may be located on the Florida Department of Law Enforcement website by clicking this link : http://www3.fdle.state.fl.us/fdle/wpersons_search.asp.
