Traffic Citations

Driver's License points can affect your ability to drive, your insurance rates and possibly your job.  It is very important that you obtain legal counsel to explore your options, as opposed to simply paying your ticket.  In most cases, by just mailing a check, you will be adjudicated of the offense in which you've been charged and you will obtain points that can negatively affect your license.

For only $100, we can represent you in your Duval County traffic citation case.*

Please read below for information regarding the applicable points that you

may receive if you are adjudicated guilty of the offense listed.

The Florida Traffic Violation Point System indicates that, if you are adjudicated guilty of a particular offense, your driver's license will bear applicable points.  If you receive 12 points within a 12-month period, your driver's license will be suspended for 30 days.  If you receive 18 points within an 18-month period, your driver's license will be suspended for 90 days.  If you receive 24 points within a 36-month period, your license will be suspended for 1 year.
